Charlotte Ram
Charlotte is a talented Clinical Massage Therapist who has completed her mentorship at The Muscle Mechanics. She holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Sport Nutrition, in addition to a Diploma in Massage Therapy from Otago Polytechnic. She is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Applied Science (Massage Therapy).
Charlotte has experience across deep tissue and sports massage, therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation massage, and myofascial release. She brings a strong foundation in biomechanics, combined with a genuine passion for helping people move better, reduce pain, and perform at their best.
With a background in rowing and a personal interest in running and hiking, Charlotte understands the demands of both performance and everyday wellness. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and care for her clients come through in every treatment.
